A forewarning new Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today first noting President Putin warned the world last October: “The historical period of the West’s undivided dominance over world affairs is coming to an end…We are standing at a historical frontier…Ahead is probably the most dangerous, unpredictable and, at the same time, important decade since the end of World War II”, says this warning was just heeded by Chinese President Xi Jinping, who ordered his nation’s military force to “begin training for actual combat”—during an historic interview this week when President Donald Trump was asked about the act of war bombing of the Nord Stream pipelines, he further warned the world: “Look, we could end up in World War III over this whole thing…I believe it is the most dangerous period of time in history – number one, because we have people on top that are incompetent…That’s number one”—and last evening at a gathering of the godless socialist Western colonial powers wealthiest elites at Dublin Castle in Ireland, it saw Supreme Socialist Leader Joe Biden demonically proclaiming to them: “Let’s go lick the world…Let’s get it done”.  

In response to Supreme Socialist Leader Biden’s battle cry “Let’s go lick the world…Let’s get it done” demonic proclamation, this report notes, European Union and NATO member leader Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban gravely observed: “The United States has not abandoned its plan to shoehorn everyone into a military alliance, supplying weapons to Ukraine and supporting continued hostilities…The current escalation of the conflict in Ukraine attests to the fact that the combatant countries are literally inches away from the use of nuclear weapons…And if a world war breaks out, it will be a nuclear war”—a grave observation that followed European Union and NATO member leader Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki declaring to socialist Western colonial weapons makers: “Failure in Ukraine could be the beginning of the end of the golden age of the West…Ukraine’s victory is a guarantee not only of reconstruction, but of strengthening of our economic power”—and was a declaration joined by European Union and NATO member top French presidential contender Marine Le Pen warning: “If Russia wins the war, it will be catastrophic because all countries with a territorial conflict will think that they can solve it with weapons…If Ukraine wins, it will mean that NATO has entered the war, because I am convinced that Ukraine, without the power of NATO, cannot militarily defeat Russia…And this means that World War III has been unleashed”.

The only peoples in the world not knowing that the unleashing of World War III is “literally inches away”, this report continues, are the socialist indoctrinated and leftist media brainwashed Americans, who during the past week had loads of truth dumped on them by leaked Pentagon documents proving that Ukraine is losing against Russia, proving that so-called American smart bombs given to Ukraine keep missing Russian targets,  and today it sees the socialist Biden Regime bracing for the diplomatic fallout over the Pentagon documents exposing the United States is spying on all of its allies—last evening it saw America’s most popular and viewed newsman Tucker Carlson of Fox News forced to admit to his nation’s peoples: “The government is lying to you”—and was an admission of truth joined by former top Pentagon senior advisor and decorated combat tactical legend retired US Army Colonel Douglas Macgregor, Ph.D. beyond shockingly revealing that all American leaders are indoctrinated with  a “duty to lie” to their own peoples about everything..

With Chinese Defense Minister Li Shangfu due to arrive in Russia on Sunday for a four-day visit with Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, this report details, in fear of what the meeting of Russia-China military leaders portends it caused Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban to declare to his NATO allies this morning: “Ukraine is a non-existent country in financial terms…The fall in economic indicators is huge, which is completely understandable…Obviously, Ukraine cannot finance itself…The question is whether we support Ukraine…The moment America and Europe answer ‘no’ to this question, the conflict will end”—a declaration that followed German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius announcing that his country was not going to send additional Leopard 2 tanks to Ukraine, which he knows Russian military forces were tracking and already sunk one of them in a swamp after being captured—shortly after which it was reported: “The United States is not expected to announce any new weapons packages for Ukraine before the start of an expected Ukrainian offensive or anytime soon, media reported, citing a senior American defense official…The official said the two packages announced on March 20 and April 4 would be the last ones announced by the Biden administration for the foreseeable future, despite Ukrainian pleas for more artillery and ammunition”.

In what can only be described as a fit of lunacy, this report notes, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba proclaimed yesterday: “It’s time to turn the Black Sea into what the Baltic Sea has become, a sea of NATO”—is a Black Sea governed under the 1936 Montreux Convention administered by NATO member Turkey, that strictly forbids the entrance of warships from any nation during times of war—in quick response to this lunacy, top Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov factually stated: “The Black Sea will never be a sea of NATO…It is a sea that is common for all littoral countries…It must be a sea of cooperation, interaction.and indivisible security”—quickly after which, Kiev voted to name a street in honor of infamous Nazi Germany collaborator Waffen SS commander Vladimir Kubiyovich, but Kiev Mayor Vitaly Klitschko quickly canceled the measure after Israel’s ambassador intervened.

With morgues in Ukraine so full of dead soldiers coroners are paying families to take corpses home, this report concludes, the dead body crisis is only getting worse because of the surrounded Ukraine troops in Bakhmut being systematically obliterated—today it sees the Russian Investigative Committee investigating a video posted by an alleged Ukraine surgeon describing how he’s taking the organs and eyes of Russian prisoners of war to sell them on the black market and investigating a video alleging that that a Russian solider beheaded a Ukrainian prisoner of war—and in addressing crimes of war, it saw RT former director of broadcasting Anton Krasovsky most factually observing: “The times are at fault and the times will pass”.  [Note: Some words and/or phrases appearing in quotes in this report are English language approximations of Russian words/phrases having no exact counterpart.]
