Glyphosate is the main ingredient in the weed killer, Roundup.
It’s also heavily sprayed on the vast majority of our crops, especially on GMO foods. Besides antibacterial properties, one of the main pathways glyphosate uses to kill non-glyphosate resistant weeds and plants is its ability to bind essential minerals including iron, calcium, manganese, magnesium, copper and zinc. All these elements have a 2+ charge.
