Manifest Injustice 
My understanding is that he was let go for not accepting the company’s mandate that he see the company counselor, or a private shrink, I forget which, and due his erratic and threatening behavior towards other employees, that many employees had complained, not just these two. Seems he was off his nut and just latched onto the racist theme, as nut-bags will do, when likely racism had little or nothing to do with his actions. But how do you tie these actions of a madman to people with philosophical differences concerning abortion? Talk about nut-bags…
